What You'll Do:
– Lead end-to-end analysis and design processes for Dynamics 365 solutions.
– Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable system specifications.
– Create functional designs, business process flows, data models, and permission structures.
– Define and document entities, relationships, forms, views, and business logic.
– Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
– Support implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Drive CRM solutions across multiple products, business units, and client environments.
– Participate in enterprise-wide digital transformation projects.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 / CRM cloud platforms.
– Hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps.
– Strong understanding of Entities, Relationships, Forms, and Views.
– Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, Plugins, Power Automate, Calculated Fields, and Rollup Fields.
– Experience creating ERDs and process flow diagrams.
– Strong technical English skills.
– Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Nice to Have:
– Experience with Power Platform.
– Experience working with Azure DevOps.
– Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
– Experience integrating AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 environments.
