Dynamics 365 Development Team Lead

We’re hiring a Dynamics 365 Development Team Lead!

Danel Group is looking for a hands-on technical leader to lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions

This role combines team leadership, architecture, technical ownership, and active development. You’ll lead and mentor developers, make key technical decisions, and take ownership of solutions from requirements and design through development, deployment, and production

What you’ll do:

Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to the development team

Own the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions

Develop plugins, workflows, APIs, integrations, and backend services

Define development standards, conduct code reviews, and support delivery processes

Work closely with business, product, QA, DevOps, and additional stakeholders

Must-have experience:

✅ 5+ years of software development experience

✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM

✅ Experience leading or technically guiding developers

✅ Strong experience with C# and .NET

✅ Experience with Dynamics plugins, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Platform

✅ Experience designing technical solutions and system integrations

An advantage:

Experience with PCF controls

Knowledge of React, Python, or TypeScript

Experience with Azure, ETL, CI/CD, or Azure DevOps

Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
